Where can I pick it up? Do you ship?

- Shipping: We ship nationwide via Ocasa with Mercado Envíos (you can pay for shipping along with the product using your credit card), or via Correo Argentino (Argentine Post). If you are in the city of Buenos Aires or the surrounding metropolitan area, you can choose private courier (motorcycle) delivery for faster delivery.

What if they don't fit or aren't what I expected?

- Free Exchange and Return (return shipping only): If they don't fit or aren't what you expected, we will exchange them for a different size/model/color or refund your money. We cover the initial shipping cost for the exchange, but the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

How do I pay?

- Payment Methods:

Mercado Pago. With this system, you can pay with any credit card, or you can print the payment slip and pay in cash at a Rapipago/Pago Fácil location.

You can also pay by bank deposit/transfer (with a discount).

Cash on delivery (only available for motorcycle deliveries within the Greater Buenos Aires area).

- Yes. We offer both retail sales to end consumers and wholesale sales to independent resellers and businesses.

- Wholesale: minimum 6 assorted pairs, different models, colors, and sizes, from the same category (flip-flops/sandals or sneakers). For orders of 12 pairs or more (same model and color), you'll receive an even greater discount.
