Where can I pick it up? Do you ship?

- Shipping: We ship nationwide via Correo Argentino (Argentine Postal Service). If you are in the city of Buenos Aires or the surrounding metropolitan area, you can choose private courier (motorcycle) delivery for faster delivery.

What if they don't fit or aren't what I expected?

- Free Exchange and Return (return shipping only): If they don't fit or aren't what you expected, we will exchange them for a different size/model/color or refund your money. We cover the shipping cost for the exchange; the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

How do I pay?

- Payment Methods:

Mercado Pago. With this system, you can pay with any credit card, or you can print the payment slip and pay in cash at a Rapipago/Pago Fácil location.

You can also pay by bank deposit/transfer (with a discount).

Cash on delivery (only available for motorcycle deliveries within the Greater Buenos Aires area).

- Yes. We handle both retail sales to the end consumer and wholesale sales to independent resellers and businesses.

- Wholesale: Minimum 6 assorted pairs, different styles, colors, and sizes, from the same category (flip-flops/sandals or sneakers). Orders of 12 pairs or more (same style and color) receive an even bigger discount.
